Meet our Host
Robyn Knox is the President and CEO (Chief Encouragement Officer) of The HR Business Connect, LLC, an HR consulting, coaching, and leadership development firm based in Upstate South Carolina. An award-winning HR professional and business leader with more than 30 years of experience, Robyn believes in the power of people to transform organizations and is passionate about helping leaders reach their fullest potential.
Robyn is a Registered Corporate Coach™, a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member and Executive Program Leader, a Certified Partner with The Predictive Index, and an Authorized Partner with Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®.
Her passion for developing people extends into her community. Robyn serves as Chair of the Greenville County Workforce Development Board and was appointed by the Governor to the South Carolina State Workforce Development Board. She also serves as a District Director with SHRM South Carolina and a Board Member of Habitat for Humanity of Anderson County.
Robyn lives in Anderson, South Carolina, with her husband of more than 33 years. They have one daughter, Jessica, and they share their log home with their Anatolian Shepherds Naga and Camo and their daughter’s Great Pyrenees mix Kara.
